Fall Fashion 101

Everyone seems to have a pep in their step with the official arrival of fall! Maybe it’s the extra caffeine from all those pumpkin spice lattes, or maybe it’s just that we’re pumped about wearing scarves and boots and sweaters again. But Fall Fashion is a lot more than just looking smashing in scarlet or beautiful in boots. Take your style to the next level and enjoy these autumn trends in hair, beauty and nails:

Hair’s the Deal.  Does it seem like everyone is lopping off their locks? Actually, they are! Short hair is in for fall, so stock up on scarves to keep your neck warm and consider going for a pixie or bob. We see this as the appetizer for a resurgence of Flapper Fashion – taking us back to the Roaring 20’s with a vintage vengeance!

Pout with Punch.  Gloss is glam, but catwalk gurus are opting for dark, rich lip stains and colors this fall. Plum, burgundy, raspberry and tomato are great colors to experiment with. Use a liner and concealer combo to keep things tidy around the edges.

Nailed It!  According to fashion icon, Rachel Zoe, the top nail colors for fall are black cherry, oil slick, loden green, blue sparkle, and smoky purple. Lots of rich hues to consider! Also, nail art continues to shine, so channel your inner artist and get creative!
